in = lean, out = rich mixture.
standard is 2.5 turns out, but any changes in intake or exhaust and you'd better find out yourself.
with warm engine turn the mixture screw in till the engine almost quits, then turn the screw out until the rpm reaches it's hight, then you might need to adjust the idle rpm.
not a perfect setup, but should be close enough.
